The driver of the dark-colored Toyota Prius fled the scene after striking 21-year-old Elyse Crivaro.
Police released video of the car they say struck and killed a pedestrian in Ronkonkoma.
Police say 21-year-old Elyse Crivaro was hit in May on Ronkonkoma Avenue near Third Street.
The driver of the dark-colored Toyota Prius then fled the scene.
Crivaro died at the hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
