Jorge Bonilla Gutierrez, 18, admitted to running a red light and smashing into a car. The girl’s 5-year-old brother also suffered a fractured spine. Guitierrez had over double the legal limit of alcohol in his system and beer cans in his car. He faces up to 12 years in prison when he is sentenced.
