Police say David Valles, of North Babylon, was driving a Mustang down Bay Shore Road near Duke Street Sunday night when he lost control and hit a pole.
A man is facing DWI charges after a fatal crash in North Babylon.
Police say David Valles, of North Babylon, was driving a Mustang down Bay Shore Road near Duke Street Sunday night when he lost control and hit a pole.
A man inside the car died at the scene and a woman was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
Valles, 31, was taken to the hospital as well.
