When the trooper tried to stop him, Patterson-Greene sped up, weaved in and out of traffic, and used the shoulder to pass other vehicles, according to state police.
When police approached him at his home, he allegedly avoiding answering why he took off, and said he’d contact a lawyer. His probation officer then reached out to troopers and said that more charges would be coming.
Patterson-Greene has been charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, failure to comply with passing on right rules, failure to drive in the proper lane, improper signaling and first-degree reckless endangerment. He turned himself in on Friday and was released on a $1,000 bond.
