ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) — An unlicensed New Hampshire driver was traveling almost twice the speed limit when he was pulled over on Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill, according to state police.
Hugo Alvarez, 22, of Bretton Roots, has been charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without a license. He has been released on a $2,500 bond.

A trooper spotted Alvarez driving a Subaru sedan at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday near Exit 23, according to state police. The car was going114 mph in a 65 mph zone at the time.
