A driver was cited for speeding 130 MPH in an illegal race early Saturday morning on the Long Island Expressway in Ronkonkoma, according to police.

The 23-year-old from Oyster Bay was cited for unlawful speeding contest and eight other infractions.
Zavala is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
