A driver who pleaded guilty to a fatal road rage attack in Baldwin was sentenced Tuesday to 18 years to life in prison. Patrick Destine admitted to the attack in May. Prosecutors say he kicked and stomped David McKenzie in the head following a crash in 2023. They say he was drunk at the time. Destine did not speak at his sentencing.
